I don't know my password
Solution:
I can’t remember, or my password has expired (older than 3 months).
Contact our Call Center at phone number +45 70 22 76 12 or via email at krisekorps@danskerhvervspsykologi.dk to reset the employee's password.
You will then receive a new password via SMS sent directly to the mobile number you provided in our system.
As much as possible, we aim to avoid transferring users or having them directly contact AS3 IT regarding password resets.
I don’t know my FOCUS login
Solution:
You need to log in using your initials followed by @danskerhvervspsykologi.dk.
If the Call Center doesn't have your initials or email address, you can contact AS3 IT at it-support@as3.dk or call +45 72 11 75 75 to retrieve them.
It tells me I’m not a member of this organization or company
This typically happens because your browser is trying to access FOCUS using your personal login, instead of the one provided for Focus.
Solution:
An incognito window is the best solution for this.
- Right-click on the Chrome icon on your PC and select "New Incognito Window."
- Enter focus.as3.dk in the address bar and log in again.
It says my email doesn’t exist
Solution:
Check that you’ve entered the email address correctly. The name 'danskerhvervspsykologi' as one word can be tricky.
I haven’t received an SMS code
Solution:
It can take a minute for the code to arrive, but it always does.
If the SMS still doesn't come through, it’s a good idea to restart the process to ensure that the phone number is entered correctly.
