Problems with the first login

It tells me that I am not a member of this organization or company.

This typically happens because your browser is trying to access FOCUS using your personal login, rather than the one provided for Focus.

Solution:

An incognito window is the best solution for this.

  1. Right-click on the Chrome icon on your PC and select "New Incognito Window."
  2. Enter focus.as3.dk in the address bar and log in again.

This video shows how:

I don’t have the Authenticator app

Solution:

You’re missing a step from the two-factor video, where you need to click "Use another method." It’s easy to miss, as Microsoft has hidden the button well.
Click "Back" and select "Use another method."

It says my email doesn’t exist

Solution:

Check that you’ve entered the email address correctly. The name 'danskerhvervspsykologi' as one word can be tricky.

I haven’t received an SMS code

Solution:

It can take a minute for the code to arrive, but it always does.
If the SMS still doesn't come through, it’s a good idea to restart the process to ensure that the phone number is entered correctly.
